A Little Bit About Me

Bailey was saved from a euthanasia list and she knows how to show her appreciation for it every day. She is a year old and 35lb with lots of energy, but settles down easily and loves to lay next to her people for ear scratches. Her favorite thing in the world is any ball, and she will play fetch for hours if you're up for it. She's working hard at leash training and making great progress there. Crates are not her favorite, so she prefers more open spaces when left alone, but she's happiest when her people are home and close by. She gets very excited to see squirrels and literally jumps straight up and down in delight when she sees a ball or toy come out. She has short, soft fur and beautiful brown eyes. She'd be great in an active family with a large fenced yard to run in. She enjoys the company of other dogs and plays very well with them, but we aren't sure about cats without an introduction.
